This activity came from the book Games to Play with Babies ,by Jackie Silberg. I gave A a paper towel, had her rip it into pieces and place them into a cup. Then I would slowly sprinkle the pieces onto her head and sing, "It's raining, it's pouring." We refilled the cup and did it again and again.
Although it sounds pretty boring, A loved it at 15 months. I haven't tried it lately, but I'm guessing she'd still like it today.
